Common installation issues and solutions

iOS web app users who see a security warning when visiting our URL should check that your phone date and time are correct—an incorrect system clock causes certificate errors. iOS also caches web apps aggressively; if the app seems outdated, open Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data, then revisit our URL and re-add it to your home screen.
Account security, data permissions, and privacy
We at bintangchip protect your account with encrypted login sessions and two-factor authentication. Our app and website request only the permissions needed: internet access to connect to our servers, and storage access on Android so the app can cache game assets locally. We never request access to your contacts, location, camera, or microphone.
